The building grounds are clean, with attractive and established succulents, flowering vines and citrus trees. Water, trash and gas are paid by the landlord. Each tenant establishes its own service with PG&E for electricity. No NNN or other costs/fees. This building is truly in a fantastic location right in the heart of downtown Morro Bay. It is only a block and a half to the main intersection of the city, and only two blocks from the Embarcadero. You can easily walk to restaurants, retail stores, coffee shops, numerous other businesses, and of course the bay itself.
